เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้เช่ามิได้ปฏิบัติผิดข้อรับรองหรือสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงผูกพันใดตามสัญญาเช่านี้ข้อหนึ่งข้อใดตลอดอายุของสัญญา หากผู้เช่าแจ้งความจำนงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรว่าจะขอต่อสัญญาให้ผู้ให้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน ก่อนสิ้นสุดอายุสัญญาเช่านี้
