ข้อ1.ผู้รับสัญญาจ้างตกลงจ้าง พนักงานผู้ให้สัญญาตกลงรับจ้างปฏิบัติงานในฐานะพนักงาน ในตำแหน่ง ต้อนรับส่วนหน้าฝ่าย/แผนก......................และ/หรือ ตามที่นายจ้างกำหนด โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่............................เป็นต้นไป

3.2 วันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์ ตามภารกิจของแผนก/ฝ่ายกำหนด
3.3 เวลาทำงาน 08.00 – 17.00 น. พัก 12.00 – 13.00 น. (1 ชั่วโมง) หรือตามภารกิจของแผนก/ฝ่าย กำหนด
ข้อ 4.ผู้ให้สัญญาจะต้องเชื่อฟังและปฏิบัติตามประกาศคำสั่งของบริษัท ฯ หรือผู้บังคับบัญชา และปฏิบัติตามระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับของบริษัทฯอย่างเคร่งครัด
ข้อ 5. ผู้ให้สัญญา สัญญาว่าหากพนักงานกระทำการหรืองดเว้นกระทำการหรือยอมรับให้บุคคลอื่นทำการใด โดยเจตนาหรือกระทำโดยประมาทเลินเล่อเป็นเหตุให้บริษัทได้รับความเสียหาย ไม่ว่าโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมก็ตาม พนักงานยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่บริษัท ฯโดยครบถ้วน


ข้อ 6. ผู้ให้สัญญาจะไม่รับจ้างทำงานให้บุคคลอื่น หรือดำเนินการไม่ว่าต่อตนเอง หรือตัวแทนหรือเข้าไปมีประโยชน์ได้เสียในกิจการใดๆอันเป็นการแข่งจัน หรือเป็นการเสียหายแก่กิจการบริษัทฯ
ข้อ 7. ในกรณีที่เหตุจำเป็นหรือมีความเหมาะสมบริษัท ฯ มีสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงโยกย้ายหน้าที่การงาน/สถานที่ทำงาน และวันเวลาทำงานปกติของพนักงานและพนักงานตกลงยินยอมปฏิบัติตามโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขใดๆทั้งสิ้น
ข้อ 8. หากผู้ให้สัญญามีความประสงค์จะลาออกจากการเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทฯทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้ ครบถ้วนแล้วเห็นว่าถูกต้องตามจุดประสงค์ของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้ เป็นหลักฐานสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน
