จากการศึกษา เรื่อง “ความร่วมมือของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านกับงานยุติธรรม : กรณีศึกษาหมู่บ้านในตำบลพุทธบาท อำเภอชนแดน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนที่มีต่องานยุติธรรม และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการความร่วมมือของชุมชนต่องานยุติธรรม และเพื่อเสนอแนะเป็นแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์เชิงปฏิบัติการซึ่งการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษายุติธรรมชุมชนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์และหาข้อจำกัดของยุติธรรมชุมชนรวมทั้งรูปแบบการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้เกิดแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาความร่วมมือของหมู่บ้านในงานยุติธรรมตำบลอื่นๆ ต่อไป วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมในรูปแบบของศึกษาเพื่อท้องถิ่น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้อาวุโส ผู้นำชุมชน การสนทนากลุ่ม การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การจัดเวทีชุมชน และการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม เช่น บริบทชุมชน การจัดเวทีชุมชน การศึกษาดูงาน การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสารและ internet การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วยการตรวจสอบแลกเปลี่ยนและเติมเต็มข้อมูลระหว่างผู้ศึกษาและชุมชน
