บทคัดย่อ
​การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey)มีวัตถุประสงค์
1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยา 2)เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการปฏิบัติงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความผูกพันในองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยา 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันขององค์การศึกษาปัจจัยในการปฏิบัติงาน5 ด้าน คือ ด้านนโยบายองค์การด้านลักษณะงานด้านภาวะผู้นำด้านผู้ร่วมงาน และด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ได้แก่ บุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยาเขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 51คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
​ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยาเขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานครส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงอยู่ในช่วงอายุ 35 ปีชึ้นไปมีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ระดับปริญญาตรี อยู่ในประเภทบุคลากรเป็นอาจารย์ประจำ มีอัตราเงินเดือนอยู่ที่ 10,001 – 15,000 บาทมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไปและพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยในการปฏิบัติงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยา โดยรวมมีอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายองค์การ ด้านลักษณะงาน ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านผู้ร่วมงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันองค์การของบุคลากร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการเจ้าพระยาอยู่ในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.01
