บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้ เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำในการส่งเสริมความสามารถทางด้านการฟังและพูดในเด็กวัย 5-6 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน อายุ 5-6 ปี โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งเงิน ตำบลบ้านตูม อำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จานวน 12 คน ที่มีพัฒนาการด้านภาษาล่าช้าจากการประเมินด้วยแบบประเมิน Denver II
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีดังนี้ 1) เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ 2) เต๋าคำ 3) คู่มือการใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ 4) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการพูดและการฟัง 5) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูและผู้ปกครอง และ 6) แบบทดสอบพัฒนาการ Denver II (Frankenburgetal,1992) ดำเนินการวิจัยโดย 1) ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมคุณภาพ 2) เก็บข้อมูลประเมินพัฒนาการด้านการฟังและการพูดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบประเมิน Denver II 3) สร้างเครื่องมือในการวิจัย 4) ให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างปฏิบัติกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการทำ Pre test และ Post test อีก 6 ครั้ง ระยะเวลาห่างกัน 1 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย 1) หาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) ของข้อมูลจากแบบประเมินความสามารถในการพูดและการฟัง และข้อมูลจากแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูและผู้ปกครอง 2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนน Pre-test กับ Post-test ครั้งที่ 1 ถึง 6 โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ (one-way repeated measure ANOVA)
ผลวิจัย พบว่า 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมความสามารถด้านการฟังและการพูด Pre-test อยู่ในระดับต่ำ (X=2.33, SD=0.77) คะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมความสามารถด้านการฟังและการพูด Post-test ครั้งที่ 1 ถึง 3 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X=2.75,SD=0.77; X=2.94,SD=0.78 และ X=3.49,SD=0.75 ตามลำดับ) และครั้งที่ 4 ถึง 6 อยู่ในระดับสูง (X=3.95,SD=0.58; X=4.23,SD=0.53 และ X=4.39,SD=0.46 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนคะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของครูแลผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับมาก (X=4.45, SD=0.55) 2) ทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามรถด้านการฟังและการพูด ก่อน และหลังการพัฒนาความสามารถ 6 ครั้ง พบว่า คะแนนความสามารถด้านการฟังและการพูด มีอย่างน้อย 1 คู่ ที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .01
ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำไปใช้ การจัดการส่งเสริมความสามารถด้านการฟังและพูดในเด็กวัย 5-6 ปี ควรใช้รูปแบบที่หลากหลายครอบคลุมทักษะด้านการอ่านและการเขียน เป็นแนวทางให้ครูและผู้ปกครองนำกิจกรรมไปพิจารณาเพื่อปรับใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบในการเลือกด้านของเต๋าคำให้เหมาะสมตามความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่น ใช้เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งในการเล่นเพื่อให้เด็กเกิดความสนุกสนาน ควบคู่ไปกับการได้ฝึกพัฒนาการ นำไปจัดกิจกรรมเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อให้เด็กได้ฝึกทักษะทางสังคมและการมีสัมพันธภาพกับผู้อื่นหลังจากทำกิจกรรมควรให้เด็กช่วยเก็บอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้เด็กฝึกความรับผิดชอบและฝึกความมีระเบียบวินัยในตนเอง
