โครงการวิจัยฉบับนี้ เป็นกรณีศึกษาของร้านยูเนี่ยนไทยบราลแวร์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการขายอุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต นอกจากนี้ยังได้ทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบ
การพัฒนาระบบขายอุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรมพัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชัน และโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล ประเมินคุณภาพโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ใช้งานระบบ ซึ่งแบ่งได้ 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่เป็นผู้ใช้ระบบ จำนวน 15 คน และกลุ่มที่เป็นลูกค้า ผู้ใช้ทั่วไป จำนวน 15 คน
จากผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจระบบขายอุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา ร้านยูเนี่ยนไทยบราลแวร์ ในภาพรวมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งาน พบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และผู้ใช้งานมีความพอใจในระดับมาก สรุปโดยภาพรวมแล้วระบบขายอุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา ร้านยูเนี่ยนไทยบราลแวร์ มีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
