ศึกษาโปรแกรมการลดไขมันสะสมของนักศึกษาเพศหญิงสาขาการแพทย์แผนไทยที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน ณ โรงพยาบาลการแพทย์แผนไทยสกลนคร (หลวงปู่แฟ็บสุภัทโท) อำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง โดยทดสอบก่อนและหลังเข้าโปรแกรมการลดไขมันสะสม 20 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวัดการ ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลที่ใช้ของนักศึกษาเพศหญิงสาขาการแพทย์แผนไทยที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน ส่วนที่ 2 ข้อมูลของขนาดไขมันสะสมก่อนและหลังเข้าโปรแกรมการลดไขมันสะสมของนักศึกษาเพศหญิงสาขาการแพทย์แผนไทยที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS หาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ความถี่ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบทางสถิติด้วย Paired t-test ส่วนที่ 3 ข้อมูลเส้นรอบเอว ต้นแขน หน้าท้อง และต้นขา
