The aim of this study is to investigate the growth of stems and roots of local durian seedlings using biological products. B. Six random trial methods (CRD) were used to apply different fertilizers to dry grass. The three test methods are as follows: 1. No fertilizer, no submerged bacteria B. Dry grass 2. Hydroponic fertilizer, no submerged bacteria B. Dry grass Process 3: Fertilization. Seeds not soaked in bacteria. Weeds. Process 4: No fertilization. Seeds soaked in bacteria. Weeds. Method 5: Hydroponic fertilizer, seeds soaked in bacteria, withered grass, Method 6: Fertilizer, seeds soaked in bacteria. A dry grass experiment conducted in an open-air greenhouse found that fertilizers, along with seeds soaked in biological products, can affect the height of stems and the number of leaves. The height of the stem grows best through fertilization. Hydroponic fertilizers have the greatest impact on the number of leaves, fresh weight of stems, and yield of dry water. During the control process, the fresh and dry weight of the root is the highest because it absorbs nutrients from the soil used for birds.
