รัดเกล้า อามระดิษ มีความสนใจในด้านดนตรีตั้งแต่วัยเด็ก ได้เริ่มเรียนเปียโนที่โรงเรียนดนตรีสยามกลการ นอกจากนี้ยังเรียนการเต้นบัลเล่ต์ กับท่านผู้หญิงวราพร ปราโมช ศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ต่อมารัดเกล้าได้ศึกษาในคณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยสาขาวิชาวรรณคดีอังกฤษ ในขณะที่ศึกษาอยู่ที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย รัดเกล้า สมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือกเป็นนักร้องนำ ของชมรมดนตรีสากล สโมสรนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (C.U.Band) โดยได้รับตำแหน่งนักร้องนำประเภทเพลงสากล และอยู่ในวงตลอดเวลา 4 ปีจนจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้วยคะแนนเกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่ง
ภายหลังจบการศึกษา รัดเกล้า ได้เข้าทำงานในบริษัทคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งหนึ่ง แต่ในด้านงานการแสดงเธอได้แสดงละครให้กับภาควิชาศิลปการละคร และร้องคอรัสให้กับศิลปินค่ายต่าง ๆ มากมาย ภายหลังเมื่องานเพลงมากขึ้น รัดเกล้า จึงลาออกจากบริษัทคอมพิวเตอร์ หันมาทำงานเพลงเพียงอย่างเดียว ซึ่งคือการร้องคอรัสในห้องบันทึกเสียงและบนเวทีคอนเสิร์ต ร้องเพลงโฆษณา อ่านบทโฆษณา สารคดี และแสดงละครเวทีทั้งละครเพลง ละครแนวดราม่า และละครตลก
รัดเกล้ามีโอกาสเข้ารับการทดสอบเพื่อคัดเลือกนักร้องนำในอัลบั้ม สมเกียรติ ซีมิกซ์ และได้รับการคัดเลือกทำให้เธอได้ร่วมงานกับ สมเกียรติ อริยะชัยพาณิชย์ กมล สุโกศล แคลปป์ และ บอย โกสิยพงษ์ และได้เซ็นสัญญาเป็นนักร้องในสังกัดเบเกอรี่ มิวสิก มีผลงานเพลงมากมาย และได้ออกผลงานอัลบั้มของเธอเองมาแล้ว 3 ชุด คือ Request Released และ Relax
นอกจากงานเพลงกับทางเบเกอรี่ มิวสิกแล้ว รัดเกล้ายังเป็นนักร้องรับเชิญของวงบางกอกซิมโฟนีออร์เคสตราและวงเฉลิมราชย์ รวมทั้งมีโอกาสร้องเพลงในงานสำคัญของกระทรวงต่างประเทศสถานทูต การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย งานสโมสรไลออนภาคพื้นเอเชีย งานโรตารี่ภาคพื้นเอเชียแปซิฟิค งานประชุมแพทย์เฉพาะทางของโลก และคอนเสิร์ตการกุศลต่างๆ อีกจำนวนมาก นอกจากนั้นเธอยังเป็นเจ้าของเสียงประกาศบนรถไฟฟ้า BTS รุ่นปัจจุบันอีกด้วย
