การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท พรหมพิจิตร 159 จำกัด และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลทั่วไปที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท พรหมพิจิตร 159 จำกัด โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 120 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 2 แผนก คือ (1) แผนกผลิต จำนวน 100 คน และ (2) แผนกตรวจนับ จำนวน 20 คนตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ตัวแปรอิสระ คือ เพศ สถานภาพสมรส อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน (2) ตัวแปรตาม คือ ด้านความต้องการอยู่รอด ด้านความต้องการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และด้านความต้องการก้าวหน้าและเติบโต วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t-test for independent sample) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท พรหมพิจิตร 159 จำกัด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพนักงานพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านความต้องการอยู่รอด รองลงมา คือ ด้านความต้องการก้าวหน้าและเติบโต และด้านความต้องการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม (2) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัท พรหมพิจิตร 159 จำกัด พบว่า ข้อมูลทั่วไปที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติงาน และอายุ แต่ข้อมูลทั่วไปที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ได้แก่ เพศ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน
