ข้อ 7. คู่สัญญาตกลงว่าในการขอต่ออายุสัญญาเช่านั้นผู้เช่าจะต้องดำรงอายุสัญญาเช่าทั้งสัญญาเช่าสถานที่และกิจการโรงแรมกับสัญญาเช่าอุปกรณ์และทรัพย์สินไว้พร้อมกัน ผู้เช่าจะขอต่ออายุสัญญาเช่าแยกกันหรือเฉพาะเพียงสัญญาเช่าเพียงฉบับใดฉบับหนึ่งไม่ได้ กล่าวคือ สัญญาสองฉบับนี้จะต้องมีอายุเวลาสั้นสุดลดพร้อมกันไมว่าจะด้วยกรณีใด ๆ ก็ตาม ดังนั้นในกรณีที่หากสัญญาเช่าสถานที่และกิจการโรงแรมมีอายุสิ้นสุดลงไม่ว่าจะด้วยกรณีใด ๆ ก็ตาม ดังนั้นในกรณีที่หากสัญญาเช่าสถานที่และกิจการโรงแรมมีอายุสิ้นสุดลงในช่วงการเช่าเพียง 3 (สาม) ปี คู่สัญญาก็ตกลงสัญญากันให้ถือว่าอายุสัญญาเช่าอุปกรณ์และทรัพย์สินฉบับนี้ก็ได้สิ้นสุดลงเพียง 3 (สาม) ปี เช่นเดียวกันด้วย ทั้งนี้เท่ากับเป็นการยกเว้นกำหนดอายุการเช่าตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 1, แห่งสัญญาฉบับนี้ โดยคู่สัญญาให้ถือเอากำหนดอายุการเช่าที่กล่าวไว้ในข้อ 1. นั้นให้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของข้อตกลงตามความในข้อ 7. นี้
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับ มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความโดยตลอดดีแล้ว จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อพร้อมประทับตราสำคัญของบริษัทไว้ต่อพยานเป็นสำคัญ
