งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคในการใช้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ จำแนกตาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค โดยจำแนกตามลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ (เพศ, อายุ, ระดับการศึกษา, อาชีพ, และ รายได้ต่อเดือน) ขอบเขตด้านประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประชากรของการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศในประเทศไทยที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมการส่งออก มีจำนวน 15,726 ราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศในประเทศไทยที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมการส่งออก จำนวน 400 คน เพื่อหาสัดส่วนของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างในแต่ละเขต ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย T-Test และ F-Test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมการส่งออก ให้ความ สำคัญในด้านการเลือกประเภทการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญในการเลือกประเภทการให้บริการด้านความรวดเร็วและความปลอดภัย มากที่สุดเมื่อพิจาราณาในรายละเอียด พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญในด้านการเลือกประเภทการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค ด้านความรวดเร็วและความปลอดภัยคือ ระบบการขนส่งมีความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด
