บทคัดย่อ
การประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติเป็นระบบที่จะช่วยทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์เข้าใจภาษาของ มนุษย์ ขบวนการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติจะเริ่มจากการรับอินพุตที่เป็นข้อความภาษาธรรมชาติ จากนั้นระบบจะมีการวิเคราะห์ทั้งในเชิงโครงสร้างและความหมายทางภาษา โดยทำงานร่วมกับฐานความรู้แล้วทำการประเมินค่าเพื่อหาคำตอบ แล้วทำการแทนความหมายและสร้างเป็นเอาต์พุตที่เป็นภาษาธรรมชาติออกมา
จึงได้นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย ภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยวิธีการการวิเคราะห์อารมณ์และความรู้สึกจากข้อความ (Sentiment Analysis) และการทำเหมืองข้อความ (text mining) และใช้เทคนิคการตัดคำในภาษาไทย เพื่อกำหนดขอบเขตของคำ เช่น รัก ตาย ท้อแท้ นำมาวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างแม่นยำ
