วิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลกับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ อาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการของ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) สาขาบัวใหญ่ ได้แก่ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญหรือตามสะดวกจำนวน 105 คน
