บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อวิธีการปลูกฝังค่านิยม 12 ประการ : กรณีศึกษา ณ โรงเรียนพรตพิทยพยัต เขต/แขวง ลาดกระบัง จ.กรุงเทพมหานคร นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อวิธีการปลูกฝังค่านิยม 12 ประการ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจันเฉพาะกรณีเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกรณีเฉพาะสำหรับการวิจัยคือ นักเรียน (หน่วยการวิเคราะห์) ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 20 คน ของโรงเรียนพรตพิทยพยัต เขต/แขวง ลาดกระบัง จ.กรุงเทพมหานครวิธีการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การกำหนดหน่วยการวิเคราะห์ (Unit of analysis) 2) การกำหนดเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูล และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ 3) การรวบรวมข้อมูลและ 4) การนำเสนอข้อมูล
หน่วยการวิเคราะห์ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 20 คนโรงเรียนพรตพิทยพยัต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามเป็นข้อคำถามในเรื่องเดียวกันที่ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือใช้เกณฑ์ความวางใจ ซึ่งทำได้จากการตรวจสอบในเรื่องคือ 1) ด้วยวิธีการเชื่อมโยงแบบสามเส้าโดยใช้วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลหลักฐานแตกต่างกันและ 2) ด้วยวิธีการตรวจสอบโดยบุคคลผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อวิธีการปลูกฝังค่านิยม 12 ประการ ควรเป็นวิธีการดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ครูผู้สอน ยกตัวอย่างเรื่องราวในชีวิตจริงมาใช้อบรมสั่งสอนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียน 2) ครูผู้สอนยกย่องชมเชยหรือให้รางวัล แก่นักเรียนที่มีความประพฤติดี 3) ครูผู้สอนว่ากล่าว ตักเตือนนักเรียนไม่พร่ำเพื่อจนนักเรียนเคยชิน และเบื่อหน่าย 4) ครูผู้สอนประพฤติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในเรื่องคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 5) โรงเรียนได้เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอกิจกรรมหรือปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น 6) โรงเรียนมีวิธีการตัดสินความผิดของนักเรียนด้วยความเป็นธรรม 7)โรงเรียนใช้วิธีการยกย่องชมเชย หรือการให้รางวัลเป็นแนวทางในการจูงใจให้นักเรียนปฏิบัติตาม และ 8) บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายรวมทั้งครูและนักเรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงพัฒนาระเบียบปฏิบัติของนักเรียน
