การศึกษารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในเขตตลิ่งชันกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์ ศึกษารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตตลิ่งชันและศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ข้าราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจและกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการห้างร้านในพื้นที่ เขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 4 ตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปประชาชนที่มีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65 ผู้หญิง คิกเป็นร้อยละ 35 รายได้ที่มากที่สุด อยู่ที่ 10,001-15,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40 สถานภาพ แต่งงานแล้วคิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.67 อาชีพ รัฐวิสาหกิจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 29.17 ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.50 ระยะเวลาที่อาศัย 16 ปีขึ้นไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.50
2. การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตตลิ่งชัน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่คือ ไปใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งที่เกี่ยวกับการเมืองในชุมชน ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.51 และปฏิบัติตามข้อกฎหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.24 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก และรองลงมาคือ เรียกร้องผู้ที่กระทำผิดทางการเมือง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.64 ตามลำดับ
3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตตลิ่งชัน พบว่าประชาชนจะมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ คือ ด้านการเมืองการปกครอง (X= 3.56) อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านการเมืองการปกครอง (X= 3.15) ด้านความพอใจในนโยบายและการบริหารงาน (X= 2.69) และ ด้านสังคมเศรษฐกิจ (X= 2.32) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง
4. ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตตลิ่งชัน ส่วนใหญ่ประชาชนไม่มีความรู้ทางการเมืองเพียงพอ ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.66 , ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารให้ทั่วถึง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.99 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับมาก รองลงมา คือข่าวสารแพร่กระจายไม่ทั่วถึง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.89, ไม่เปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในทางการเมือง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.35 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ
