กฏกระทรวงกำหนดจำนวนคนพิการที่นายจ้างหรือเจ้าของสถานประกอบการและหน่วยงานของรัฐจะต้องรับเข้าทำงาน และจำนวนเงินที่นายจ้างหรือเจ้าของสถานประกอบการจะต้องนำส่งเข้ากองทุนส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ พ.ศ.2554
