10. เมื่อสัญญาเช่าครบกำหนดแล้ว ถ้าผู้เช่าประสงค์จะเช่าต่อผู้ให้เช่าตกลงว่าจะให้ผู้เช่าเช่าต่อไปอีก 1 ปี ส่วนอัตราค่าเช่าคู่สัญญาจะได้ทำการตกลงกันใหม่ต่อไป แต่หากผู้ให้เช่าไม่ประสงค์จะต่อสัญญาเช่าคู่สัญญาจะได้ทำการตกลงกันใหม่ต่อไป แต่หากผู้ให้เช่าไม่ประสงค์จะต่อสัญญาเช่าดังกล่าวต่อไปผู้ให้เช่าจะแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือนก่อนสัญญาเช่าครบกำหนด 11. ถ้าผู้เช่าประพฤติผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใดดังกล่าวข้างต้น ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาเช่าได้ทันที
12. เมื่อสัญญาเช่าครบกำหนดแล้วก็ดี หรือสัญญาเช่าเลิกกันเพราะเหตุที่ผู้เช่าประพฤติผิดสัญญาเช่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดก็ดี ผู้เช่าจะต้องขนย้ายทรัพย์สินและบริวารออกจากสถานที่เช่นทันที หากผู้เช่าไม่ยอมขนย้ายทรัพย์สินและบริวารออกจากอาคารที่เช่า ผู้เช่าตกลงให้ผู้ให้เช่ากลับเข้าครอบครองตึกแถวที่เช่า และทำการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินและบริวารของผู้เช่าออกไปจากตึกแถวที่เช่าได้
13. ในวันทำสัญญานี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจตราทรัพย์สินที่เช่าแล้ว เห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติดีทุกประการและผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบทรัพย์สินที่เช่าให้แก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
