ดิฉันได้มีการแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดคือ กำหนดให้มีการจัดทำใบตรวจสอบ COA ของวัตถุดิบขึ้นมา และใส่มาตรฐานของวัตถุดิบลงไปในใบตรวจสอบฯ และกำหนดให้ในการตรวจรับวัตถุดิบต้องลงข้อมูลตามที่ระบุใน COA ของผู้ขายลงไปในใบตรวจสอบฯ และเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ โดยต้องตรงกันทุกรายการ
