“เอกชัย วรรณแก้ว” คือบัณฑิตหนุ่มผู้พิการ วัย 30 ปี เดินทางจากจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ เข้าเรียนในกรุงเทพฯ ตั้งแต่อายุ 18 ปี มุ่งหน้าสู่รั้วแดงดำ “เพาะช่าง” ตามหาความฝันที่อยากเรียนศิลปะ มุ่งมานะ อดทน ต่อความยากลำบาก และดูแลตัวเองตามลำพังมาโดยตลอด พร้อมกับหารายได้เสริมจ่ายค่าเทอมตลอดชีวิตของการเป็นนักศึกษา จนประสบความสำเร็จคว้าปริญญาตรีจากคณะจิตรกรรม จากวิทยาลัยเพาะช่าง มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลรัตนโกสินทร์ เข้ารับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรจากสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2555 นี้

อยากเรียนแต่ (เขา) ไม่ให้เรียน
