การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาทัศนคติของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูยโสธร จำกัด จำแนกตามลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูยโสธร จำกัด จำนวน369คน
