ฝ่ายธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว
มีอำนาจหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ดังนี้
วางแผนกำหนดในโยบายและบริหารงานในด้านการท่องเที่ยว จัดทำรายการท่องเที่ยวทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ (Royal Orchid Holidays และทัวร์เอื้องหลวง) รวมทั้งบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำรวจและตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของโรงแรมและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่าง ๆ ต่อรองราคาและทำสัญญา กำหนดนโยบายและระเบียบวิธีการขายให้สำนักงานทั่วโลก และตัวแทนจำหน่ายของบริษัทฯ
ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าภาคพื้น
มีอำนาจหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ดังนี้
1. ให้บริการตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร และสัมภาระของผู้โดยสาร ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่จำเป็นในการเดินทางทั้งเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ และเที่ยวบินต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งดูแล อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้โดยสารทุกประเภท ให้ขี้นเครื่องโดยเรียบร้อย และให้บริการต้อนรับ เมื่อเดินทางไปถึงจุดหมายปลายทางในทุกจุดบิน สร้างความพึงพอใจในบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎระเบียบที่กำหนดไว้โดยหน่วยงาน หรือหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ให้บริการควบคุมระหว่างบรรทุกผู้โดยสาร สัมภาระ สินค้า และไปรษณียภัณฑ์ของทุกเที่ยวบิน(ควบคุมน้ำหนัก และความสมดุลของอากาศยาน) เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยสูงสุดต่ออากาศยาน สร้างความเชื่อมั่นในคุณภาพการให้บริการขนส่งทางอากาศ
3. ให้บริการติดตามสัมภาระของผู้โดยสาร ในกรณีเกิดการสูญหาย
4. ให้บริการ และดูแลผู้โดยสารในกรณีเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่ปกติต่างๆ (Flight Irregularities) เพื่อแก้ไขข้อขัดข้อง และพยายามให้เกิดผลกระทบกับผู้โดยสารน้อยที่สุด
5. ให้บริการดูแล และอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักรับรองที่จัดไว้โดยเฉพาะสำหรับผู้โดยสารระดับ Premium ทั้งของบริษัทการบินไทย และสายการบินในกลุ่มพันธมิตร ขณะรอขึ้นเครื่องที่ท่าอากาศยาน
6. เป็นผู้ให้บริการภาคพื้นมาตรฐานดังกล่าวมา แก่สายการบินต่างชาติ ซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าของการบินไทย ณ ท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพ
7. จัดทำ และควบคุม ดูแลมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน Front line ทุกหน่วยให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO ของฝ่ายฯ
