ข้อ ๓ ผู้เช่าตกลงชำระค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นรายเดือน และจะชำระค่าเช่าให้เป็นการล่วงหน้าภายในวันที่....................ของเดือนทุกๆ เดือน
ข้อ ๔ ผู้เช่าตกลงจะนำค่าเช่าไปชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ณ ภูมิลำเนาของผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๕ ผู้เช่าตกลงเป็นผู้ชำระค่าภาษีที่ดินแทนผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๖ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินที่เช่าเพื่อการอย่างอื่นนอกจากการตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาข้อ ๑ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาติเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทำด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทำให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นำที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าตกลงจะขายที่ดินที่เช่าก่อนครบกำหนดการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า..............เดือน ว่าจะขายในราคาเท่าใดเพื่อผู้เช่าจะได้มีโอกาสตกลงได้ซื้อก่อนหรือเพื่อผู้เช่าเตรียมตัวออกจากที่ดินที่เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาเช่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดหรือหลายข้อรวมกันก็ดี ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิบอกกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ หรือบอกเลิกสัญญานี้และเรียกค่าเสียหายจากผู้เช่าได้ทันที
ข้อ ๑๒ ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ

ข้อ ๗ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่ขุดบ่อ คู หรือทำด้วยประการใดๆ ซึ่งทำให้ที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าเสียหายเว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๘ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะไม่นำที่ดินที่เช่านี้ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหนือโอนสิทธิการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าตกลงจะขายที่ดินที่เช่าก่อนครบกำหนดการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า..............เดือน ว่าจะขายในราคาเท่าใดเพื่อผู้เช่าจะได้มีโอกาสตกลงได้ซื้อก่อนหรือเพื่อผู้เช่าเตรียมตัวออกจากที่ดินที่เช่า
ข้อ ๑๑ ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาเช่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดหรือหลายข้อรวมกันก็ดี ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิบอกกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ หรือบอกเลิกสัญญานี้และเรียกค่าเสียหายจากผู้เช่าได้ทันที
ข้อ ๑๒ ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ

ข้อ ๔ ผู้เช่าตกลงจะนำค่าเช่าไปชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ณ ภูมิลำเนาของผู้ให้เช่า

ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าตรวจตราที่ดินที่เช่าทุกครั้งทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ ๑๐ ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าตกลงจะขายที่ดินที่เช่าก่อนครบกำหนดการเช่าตามสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า..............เดือน ว่าจะขายในราคาเท่าใดเพื่อผู้เช่าจะได้มีโอกาสตกลงได้ซื้อก่อนหรือเพื่อผู้เช่าเตรียมตัวออกจากที่ดินที่เช่า

ข้อ ๑๒ ถ้าผู้เช่าจะต้องออกไปจากที่ดินที่เช่าไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือค่ารื้อถอนจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ ๑๓ ในวันทำสัญญาเช่านี้ ผู้เช่าได้ตรวจดูที่ดินที่เช่าแล้วเห็นว่ามีสภาพปกติ และผู้ให้เช่าได้ส่งมอบที่ดินที่เช่าแก่ผู้เช่าแล้ว
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่าน และเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้โดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตามเจตนาอันแท้จริงของคู่สัญญา จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
