วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2559 ลูกค้ามีการขอใช้ห้อง GH 203 โดยทางลูกค้าได้แจ้งในตอนแรกว่าจะไม่ใช้ห้อง ทาง CS ได้สอบถามย้ำกับทางลูกค้าหลายและลูกค้าได้แจ้งว่ายกเลิกหัวข้อสัมมนา จึงไม่ได้จัดห้องสัมมนา ทาง organizer ก็ไม่ได้จัดเตรียมทีมภาพมาในวันงาน
