โบราณวัตถุสมัยอยุธยา ภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์พระราชประวัติสมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช ในบริเวณพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช ตำบลดอนเจดีย์ อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีโบราณวัตถุที่จัดแสดงอยู่และมีความน่าสนใจ เนื่องจากมีความสำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์อยู่หลายชิ้น เช่น โซ่ล่ามช้าง กระพรวนช้าง กระพรวนม้า อาวุธโบราณ ยอดธง และตรีศูล รวมทั้งปืนใหญ่หลังช้าง เป็นต้น โบราณวัตถุดังกล่าวมีการพบและขุดค้นพบภายในบริเวณโบราณสถานเจดีย์ยุทธหัตถี และในสถานที่ใกล้เคียงเช่นที่ตำบลหนองขาว อำเภอท่าม่วง ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางในการเดินทัพของพม่าในสมัยอยุธยา โบราณวัตถุที่ขุดค้นพบและจัดแสดงมีรูปแบบศิลปะอยุธยาและพม่า
