บริษัทศูนย์รับฝากหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ตลอดจน
Global Custodian และClearing House ต่างประเทศ
ดูแล และติดตามสิทธิประโยชน์หลัก ทรัพย์ลูกค้าจาก
นายทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์และผู้ออกหลักทรัพย์
เป็นตัวแทนลูกค้ารับมอบอำนาจใน การเข้าร่วมประชุม
ผู้ถือหุ้น
จัดทำรายงานหลักทรัพย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้แก่ลูกค้า และ
