การศึกษาเรื่อง การจัดทำคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับแผนกประสานงานและพิมพ์เอกสารขาออก กรณีศึกษา บริษัท แหลมฉบัง อิมเม็กซ์ จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการทำงานของแผนกประสานงานและพิมพ์เอกสารขาออก เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับแผนกประสานงานและพิมพ์เอกสารขาออก และเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน โดยผู้ศึกษาได้เก็บข้อมูลในการทำคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน ด้วยวิธีการ Print Screen และจัดทำเป็นเล่มคู่มือ พร้อมคำอธิบายใต้ภาพอย่างละเอียด และใช้แบบประเมินเพื่อคู่มือประเมินประสิทธิภาพของคู่มือทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านข้อมูล 2) ด้านรูปแบบของคู่มือ และ 3) ด้านการนำคู่มือไปใช้งาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คู่มือการปฏิบัติงานสำหรับแผนกประสานงานและพิมพ์เอกสารขาออก มีเนื้อหาที่อ่านแล้วเข้าใจง่าย*มีการจัดเรียงเนื้อหาตามลำดับ*มีการใช้ภาษาที่เหมาะสม*ขนาดและรูปแบบของอักษรอ่านง่าย*ลดขั้นตอนในการสอนงาน*ลดความผิดพลาดในการทำใบขนสินค้าขาออกได้*และผู้ใช้สามานำไปปฏิบัติตามได้ในระดับมาก
