ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
ฉบับที่ ๙๒/๒๕๕๗
เรื่อง การลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
โดยที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติพิจารณาเห็นเป็นการสมควรลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
เพื่อเป็นการผลักดันและกระตุ้นกลไกทางเศรษฐกิจ ทำให้ประชาชนมีกำลังในการใช้จ่ายเพื่อการอุปโภค
บริโภคอันจะทำ ให้เศรษฐกิจของประเทศขยายตัวได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมั่นคง จึงให้ลดอัตรา
ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ ๑ ให้ยกเลิกพระราชกฤษฎีกาออกตามความในประมวลรัษฎากรว่าด้วยการลดอัตรา
ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ฉบับที่ ๕๔๙) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕
ข้อ ๒ ให้ลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มตามมาตรา ๘๐ แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร และคงจัดเก็บ
ในอัตรา ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ร้อยละหกจุดสาม สำหรับการขายสินค้า การให้บริการ หรือการนำเข้าทุกกรณี
ซึ่งความรับผิดในการเสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ ถึงวันที่
๓๐ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘
(๒) ร้อยละเก้า สำหรับการขายสินค้า การให้บริการ หรือการนำเข้าทุกกรณี ซึ่งความรับผิด
ในการเสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ เป็นต้นไป
ข้อ ๓ ให้ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา
ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๘๐ แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
ประมวลรัษฎากร (ฉบับที่ ๓๐) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔
ข้อ ๔ ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังรักษาการตามประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
ฉบับนี้
ข้อ ๕ ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม
พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ เป็นต้นไป
