.Abstract this research Objective to investigate the satisfaction of the service. And evaluate the waiting period of those attending a blood test to abstain from food and water in the department patients outside.Population and sample is outpatient appointments blood must refrain from food and water to all receiving service from March to June 2555 Number 88 cases. Data were collected by questionnaire and the satisfaction of service recipients.Analysis and presentation of data with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the all serve to gain knowledge and understanding about the disease that is the most. The percentage of 88.5 all subjects to receive services. Suggestions about drug use and understand the most percentage of 65.5 about waiting period blood samples that use a medium term most. The percentage of 52.9 and X-ray, it was found that the X-ray not 77 cases. Satisfaction of the average of all aspects were 79.1 and reducing the waiting period, it is found that the time for service from filing cards received blood tests, only 19 minutes, down from the original was made. CQI (Continuous quality improvement) in 2553 2554 thinking and 55 and 45 minutes respectively
