การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงต้องการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ รวมถึงวิธีการพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาที่จะก้าวเข้าสู่การเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนเพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาเร่งพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของตนเองให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นเพื่อก้าวสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในปี2558

The study is to study the problems and obstacles in developing English speaking skills, including how to improve the competency of English speaking students will step into the open a AEC to finding solutions, and encourage students to accelerate their development of English-speaking capabilities of their own, more effective towards the ASEAN economic community in the year 2558 (2015)

This study is to study barriers to the development of speaking skills in English. Including how to develop the ability to speak English, the students will enter the ASEAN Economic Community to find solutions to problems and encourage students to develop the ability to speak English to their effectiveness. more so towards the ASEAN Economic Community in 2558.
