บทคัดย่อ

คนไทยนิยมดื่มน้ำแข็งเป็นจำนวนมากเนื่องจากประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่มีอากาศร้อนชื้น ซึ่งบางครั้งเครื่องดื่มแต่ละชนิดใช้เวลาในการละลายที่แตกต่างกันทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้สนใจที่จะศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง อัตราการละลายของน้ำแข็งกับปัจจัยต่าง ๆ โดยจะแบ่งเป็น 3 การทดลอง ให้น้ำแข็งแต่ละก้อนมีปริมาตร 1 มิลลิลิตร การทดลองที่ 1 ใส่น้ำแข็ง 25 ก้อนในกระบอกตวง 50 มิลลิลิตร ควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่อุณหภูมิ องศาเซลเซียสโดยใช้โคมไฟ การทดลองที่ 2 เตรียมสารละลายน้ำหวานเข้มข้น ร้อยละ 25 50 และ 75 และการทดลองที่ 3 นำน้ำปริมาตร 10 15 20 มิลลิลิตร ใส่ลงในกระบอกตวง โดยในทุกการทดลองจะบันทึกเวลาที่น้ำแข็งละลายทุกๆ 1 มิลลิลิตร ได้ผลการทดลองดังนี้ ที่ อุณหภูมิ A B และC องศาเซลเซียส มีอัตราการละลายเท่ากับ a bและ cตามลำดับที่ความเข้มข้นของสารละลายที 25% 50% และ 75% มีอัตราการละลายเท่ากับ x y และzตามลำดับ และสุดท้ายที่ปริมาณน้ำ 10 15 และ20 มิลลิลิตร มีอัตราการละลายเท่ากับ p, q และ r ตามลำดับ จึงสรุปได้ว่าที่อุณหภูมิสูงจะทำให้มีอัตราการละลายสูง สารละลายที่มีความเข้มข้นมากจะทำให้ มีอัตราการละลาย – และเมื่อมีปริมาณน้ำมากจะทำให้อัตราการละลายของน้ำแข็งมากขึ้นด้วย
