การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาถึงบทบัญญัติอิสลามว่าด้วยกับการทำธุรกิจค้าขาย 2.เพื่อศึกษาถึงการทำธุรกิจระบบเครือข่ายตามหลักชารีอะฮฺ กรณีศึกษาการค้าขายของบริษัทแอมเวย์ สาขานราธิวาส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ 3.เพื่อศึกษาถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างการค้าขายทั่วไปกับการค้าขายแบบเครือข่าย โดยทำการศึกษาธุรกิจระบบเครือข่ายในทัศนะของอิสลาม กรณีศึกษาการค้าขายของบริษัทแอมเวย์ สาขานราธิวาส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ โดยทำการศึกษาเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งที่เป็นนักธุรกิจของบริษัทแอมเวย์ นักธุรกิจของบริษัทต่างๆ และบุคคลทั่วไป จำนวน 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป นำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ ในรูปตารางด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจระบบเครือข่ายของบริษัทแอมเวย์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการค้าขายตามหลักศาสนาบัญญัติ ปรากฏว่า ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับที่ควรปรับปรุงและต้องให้ความสนใจในการศึกษาถึงบทบัญญัติว่าด้วยการค้าขายตามหลักแนวทางของอิสลาม และคำวินิจฉัยแต่ละทัศนะของนักวิชาการอิสลามในสมัยปัจจุบันว่าด้วยการค้าขายแบบธุรกิจระบบเครือข่าย
