-เกี่ยวกับการเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาล เป็นหน้าที่ของญาติ / ผู้สนันสนุน เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกับทาง บ้านพักฯ ทั้งนี้ค่ารักษาพยาบาล อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ ไม่รวมอยู่ในเงินสนับสนุน
-เพื่อความสะดวกในการให้บริการของทางบ้านพักฯและความเป็นระเบียบ เมื่อทางบ้านพักฯ ตกลงรับ ผู้สูงอายุแล้ว ญาติ / ผู้สนับสนุน ต้องวางเงินประกัน 2 เดือน ทั้งนี้หากมีความจำเป็นต้องออกจาก บ้านพักฯ อย่างถูกต้อง ( 6 เดือนขึ้นไป ) และไม่ทำผิดระเบียบข้อบังคับใด ๆ ทางบ้านพักฯ จะคืนเงิน

-หากผู้สูงอายุมีความจำเป็นต้องออกจากบ้านพักฯ ต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ให้ทางบ้านพักฯ ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อน อย่างน้อย 1 เดือน
-ให้ญาติ / ผู้สนับสนุน ส่งเงินบำรุงบ้านพักฯ ทุกเดือน อย่างช้าภายในวันที่ 10 ของเดือน
-ในกรณีที่ผู้สูงอายุไม่มีญาติ ต้องมีหนังสือและผู้มีอำนาจรับรองจากหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด
-ในกรณีที่ผู้สูงอายุหรือญาติ / ผู้สนับสนุนไม่ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของบ้านพักฯ ทั้งนี้ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนให้ทราบก่อนแล้ว ทางบ้านพักฯ จำเป็นต้องยกเลิกการเข้าพักตามที่สมัครไว้ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้สูงอายุ คนอื่น ที่มีความจำเป็นต่อไป
-บ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ คามิลเลียน โซเชียล เซนเตอร์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่สมัครใจขอเข้าพักเท่านั้น ฉะนั้นหากเกิดปัญหา ไม่ว่าด้วยกรณีใด ๆ เนื่องจากความไม่สมัครใจของผู้สูงอายุ ญาติ / ผู้สนับสนุน ทางบ้านพักฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบ ไม่ว่าด้วยกรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

2.ทางบ้านพักฯ จะรักษาสิทธิการเข้าพักของผู้สูงอายุทุกคน ตลอดระยะเวลาที่เข้ารับการรักษาใน โรงพยาบาล เฉพาะกรณีที่แจ้งให้ทราบเท่านั้น
3.หากผู้สูงอายุจำเป็นต้องอยู่พักรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาลเกิน 1 เดือน
- ต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรพร้อมใบรับรองจากแพทย์ให้ทางบ้านพักฯ ทันที
