I am seeing outlets that do not see

I am seeing outlets that do not seem to be in locations as discussed (e.g. outlets at the desk), or provided where we deleted or did not need them (e.g. USB and universal outlets on the balcony). It looks like I am going to have to mark-up the drawings for further review as the design team just does not seem to be able to keep up.
