โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาช่วงถนนที่เหมาะสมในการสร้างจุดกลับรถ โดยวิเคราะห์จากปัจจัยที่อยู่บริเวณจุดกลับรถเดิม ได้นำไปปัจจัยที่ได้ไปคำนวณหาค่าน้ำหนักผ่านกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (AHP) และนำมาวิเคราะห์ต่อด้วยการสร้างแบบจำลองการคาดการณ์ โดยแสดงค่าความสำคัญของช่วงถนนจากมากไปหาน้อย โดยนำเสนอในรูปแบบ Raster ประกอบกับภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมในเขตพื้นที่ศึกษา
จากนั้นนำปัจจัยที่ได้จากกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้นมาวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหว (SA) เพื่อหาความอ่อนไหวของปัจจัยที่นำมาวิเคราะห์ โดยการเลือกตัดปัจจัยออกทีละ 3 จากการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหว (SA) จะเห็นได้ว่าค่าคำตอบเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิมทุกๆ การเลือกตัด โดยค่าจะเปลี่ยนไปตามปัจจัยที่เลือกตัด ดังนั้นปัจจัยจะเป็นตัวเลือกที่สำคัญในการคำนวณหาแต่ละช่วงถนนที่มีความเหมาะสมในการสร้างจุดกลับรถ
