From your complaint sample that found no product inside the carton.
Tylenol 500 mg caplets batch number 501060 performed packing carton by cartoning machine. The process is packing carton by manual operator put the bottle product into carton box which the carton was closed by the machine. After closed carton, operator group 12 boxes into shrink film and wrapping who will count the carton box by visual check and put shrinked carton to shipper which inspected by weight checking
For packing process (as flow 1. Current packing process) that we have 3 point
of in-process control. We have visual checking in STEP 1 to STEP 2 and weight checking in STEP 3. If no bottle mistake in STEP 1, STEP 2 (closed car ton box) was not detected by visual and STEP 3 also. In-process control in STEP 3, we have checked no one of shrinked carton. After investigation, if no bottle in STEP 1 that we cannot detect the problem that maybe the cause of complaint.
