 สถานที่แสดงพันธ์สัตว์น้ำตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนสุนทรเทพ(หน้าวัดบึงพระลานชัย) ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมือง เป็นอาคาร 2 อาคารเชื่อม
ต่อกันอาคารแรกประกอบด้วยห้องโถง ห้องบรรยายห้องนิทรรศการ สำนักงาน ห้องจำหน่ายบัตรและของที่ระลึก ส่วนอาคารที่ 2
เป็นอาคารสองชั้น ชั้นล่างเป็น ส่วนแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำประกอบด้วยตู้ปลาขนาดเล็กที่ ฝังอยู่ในผนังรอบ ๆ อาคาร จำนวน 24 ตู้
