บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือของร้านลูกปัด มินิมาร์ท อำเภอจะนะ จังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งคณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์จากเจ้าของกิจการร้านลูกปัด มินิมาร์ทเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาใช้ในการศึกษา
จากการศึกษาพบว่าร้านลูกปัด มินิมาร์ท อำเภอจะนะ จังหวัดสงขลา ประสบปัญหาในด้านการตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือ ดังนั้นทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ออกแบบเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือ นอกจากนี้คณะผู้จัดทำได้นำเอกสารการตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นนั้นไปทดลองใช้ใน กิจการมีความพึงพอใจและเอกสารสามารถใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานร้านลูกปัด มินิมาร์ท ผลปรากฏว่าเจ้าของกิจการสามารถรับรู้ถึงจำนวนการรับสินค้าเข้ามา การเบิกสินค้า และจำนวนสินค้าคงเหลือได้
