เป็นศาลเจ้าจีนที่ก่อสร้างอย่างสวยงามใหญ่โต ตั้งอยู่ริมเส้นทางเลียบชายทะเลจากอ่างศิลาไปเขาสามมุข มีตึก 4 ชั้น ภายในโอ่โถงตระการตาด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมแบบจีน จุดเด่นด้านศิลปวัตถุที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ รูปปั้นมังกรซึ่งมีมาถึง 2,840 ตัว กระถางธูปศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เสาฟ้าดิน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นสถานที่ที่มีองค์ไท้ส่วยเอี้ย (ดาวเทพคุ้มครองดวงชะตาประจำปีเกิดของมวลมนุษย์) ครบ 60 องค์ ให้ผู้มาเยือนได้ขอพรได้ตรงตามปีเกิด

ประวัติศาลเจ้าหน่าจาซาไท้จื้อ เดิมเป็นศาลเจ้าขนาดเล็ก สร้างขึ้นโดยอาจารย์สมชาย เฉยศิริ เมื่อปี 2534 ต่อมาศิษยานุศิษย์ พ่อค้า ประชาชนที่เลื่อมใสในองค์เทพเจ้าหน่าซาไท้จื้อ ได้ร่วมบริจาคสร้างศาลเจ้าขึ้นใหม่ ในวโรกาสเฉลิมพระเกียรติครบรอบ 72 พรรษาของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เมื่อวันที่ 11 มกราคม 2541 สมเด็จพระสังฆราชฯ เสด็จมาเป็นประธานพิธีเททองหล่อพระพุทธ 7 องค์ และพระราชทานนามศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้ว่า "วิหารเทพสถิตพระกิติเฉลิม" ซึ่งหมายความว่า ที่สถิตของทวยเทพเจ้าทั้งหลาย ปัจจุบัน ประกอบด้วยอาคารหลัก 3 หลัง หอฟ้าดิน 1 หลัง บนเนื้อที่ 13 ไร่
