1. เพื่อส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบกิจการที่เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์
2. เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือกับรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการค้า อุตสาหกรรม การเงินและการอื่นใดในทางเศรษฐกิจ
3. เพื่อสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือสมาชิกในการแก้ไขอุปสรรค ข้อขัดข้องต่างๆรวมทั้งการเจรจาทำความตกลงกับบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมในการประกอบกิจการและติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของการตลาดการค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
4. เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ให้กับสมาชิกและเป็นฐานข้อมูลกลางในด้านธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์ไทย
5. เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพและการผลิตเพื่อให้มีสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงการแพทย์เพียงพอแก่ความต้องการของตลาดทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
