But now the shpr need clear customs and CIQ in advance because of customs requirement. it's the key point, otherwise,the shpt couldn't be shipped out.
And it's triangle trade, the middle-man is Mr. Brian, who is in USA. he already confirmed to pay the related charges to the shpr.
He will charge back this fees from the cnee.
Regarding the docs, since it's sea shipment, the docs couldn't be attached with the cargo together.
