APPEAL FOR VISA APPLICATION
THE EMBASSY OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
BANGKOK-THAILAND
I Wassana Kengkeaw did applied for visitors visa for both my daughter, cousin and myself at the UK embassy on the 13th of October 2015. My daughter and I was granted the visa but my cousin Mrs Walaiporn Kumlue was refused for the reason that she was my House help. Mrs Walaiporn Kumlue is not my house help. This was a mix up during application and since I can’t really understand English as a native speaker. My visa and that of my daughter was granted but my cousin sister Mrs Walaiporn was refused a visa as not being part of my family.
I am making this appeal to bring to the knowledge of the embassy that she is not my house help as stated in the application. Mrs Walaiporn is my cousin. If there is any background checks to be carried out so that her visa should be granted I will be grateful.
I have under take to sponsor Mrs Walaiporn during her stay in the Uk and that she will not take up any employment in the UK. Miss Wilaiporn will return to Thailand on the same date with both my daughter and I. His Excellency, I am appealing to your high office that her application be reviewed and be given a consideration. I have planned an enjoyable trip with my family and as of now my daughter do not find any fun in the trip due to the visa refusal of my cousin sister Mrs Walaiporn Kumlue.
I swear consciously and conscientiously that Mis Wilaiporn Kumlue will not become a public charge and will not overdue her stay in the Kingdom.
I promise to the UK embassy that Mrs Walaiporn Kumlue will respect the laws under which this visa will be granted.
Yours Humble applicant, Wassana Keang Kaew.
