การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุและวิธีการจัดการกับความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สมุทรปราการเขต1 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และเปรียบเทียบวิธีการจัดการกับความขัดแย้ง โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ 54 คน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบุคคล 54 คน จากรายชื่อโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สมุทรปราการเขต 1 รวมจำนวน 108 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie และ Morgan ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 95.2 และใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ t-test
