การจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์ พัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักในการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาระบบสารสนเทศ คณะเทคโนโลยีการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ เพื่อประเมินความพึงใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักในการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาระบบสารสนเทศ คณะเทคโนโลยีการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนา คือ โปรแกรม Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน และนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 20 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ด้านความสวยงามของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ̅=4.86) ด้านความสามารถของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ̅=4.83) ด้านความเหมาะสมของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ̅=4.85) ด้านการประมวลผลของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ̅=4.89)
