หากนักศึกษาไม่สามารถมาฝึกงานได้ ต้องรีบแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เข้าฝึกงานให้ทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด และหากต้องการยุติการฝึกงาน ต้องรายงานให้ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลทราบโดยทันที
