มาตรา ๓๙ ในกรณีที่นายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียนการประกอบธุรกิจ
แฟรนไชส์หรือมีคำสั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ ให้ผู้ยื่นคำขอหรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ที่ถูกเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนแล้ว แต่กรณี มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์เป็นหนังสือต่อรัฐมนตรีภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับ หนังสือแจ้งคำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียนหรือหนังสือแจ้งคำสั่งเพิกถอนของนาย ทะเบียน
