โครงงานนี้เป็นการสร้างสื่อจอแสดงผลประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมีการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็น Web Server และใช้บอร์ดไมโครคอนโทรเลอร์ตระกูล AVR (Arduino Board) ในการจัดการข้อมูลก่อนส่งไปยังจอแสดงผล โดยสามารถเลือกแสดงข้อความที่ต้องการได้หรือเลือกแสดงวันและเวลาได้
