บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนว ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 2) ศึกษาความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่างรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนว และนำรูปแบบไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญพิจารณา ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูแนะแนวในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 136 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.50 - 0.91 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)
