ด้วยโรงเรียนเซนต์แมรี่ อุตรดิตถ์ ได้กำหนดจัดกิจกรรมประชุมผู้ปกครอง ประจำปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๘ ขึ้นในวันเสาร์ที่ ๖ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ณ ห้องประชุมโรงเรียนเซนต์แมรี่ อุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้แจงการจัดการเรียนการสอน ของโรงเรียน แนวนโยบายการพัฒนาโรงเรียนและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
ทางโรงเรียนฯ จึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านผู้ปกครองได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ตามกำหนดการดังนี้

- การบริหารจัดการ และการจัดการเรียนการสอน
- เสนอแนะและตอบข้อซักถาม
เวลา ๑๑.๓๐ น. –ปิดประชุม - ผู้ปกครองพบปะครูประจำชั้น ( ตามห้องเรียน )
- รับเงินค่าเครื่องแบบนักเรียน ตามที่รัฐอุดหนุน
ผู้ปกครองนำสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้มารับ
พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง จำนวน ๑ ฉบับ
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและขอเชิญเข้าร่วมประชุม ตามวัน เวลา ดังกล่าว เพื่อประโยชน์ในด้านการศึกษาของบุตรหลาน ของท่าน หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งในความร่วมมือจากท่านด้วยดี และขอขอบคุณมา ณ โอกาสนี้
