อาชีวศึกษาสงขลา โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑. เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการจองห้องพักโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา ๒. เพื่อหาความพึงพอใจของชิ้นงานของโปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูลการจองห้องพักโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา ๓. เพื่อเป็นการนำโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปมาใช้สำหรับการจองห้องพักของโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและการจองห้องพักโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา ได้แก่ ๑. Visual Basic 2008 ใช้ในการทำหน้าตาของโปรแกรม ๒. Microsoft Access 2010 ใช้ในการจัดทำฐานข้อมูล ๓. Adobe Photoshop CS 5 ใช้สำหรับตกแต่งรูปภาพและโลโก้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของการจัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและการจองห้องพักโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและการจองห้องพักโรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ นักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาระดับชั้น ปววช.๑ และ
ปวช.๒ สาขางานการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา จำนวน ๑๖๓ คน และคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวน ๑๖๐ คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โปรแกรมสามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้าและคิดราคาได้เป็นอย่างดี ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและการจองห้องพัก โรงแรมดาหลา วิลล์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสงขลา อยู่ในระดับมาก
